Beginning January 1, 2026, our practice will no longer be contracted with any insurance companies. This means we will be moving to a self-pay model for all services. 

The decision does not come lightly. Over the years, we've seen increasing administrative and insurance restrictions that can interfere with providing the individualized, high-quality care you deserve. By stepping away from insurance contracts, we can spend more time focused on your care - not paperwork- and keep our pricing transparent and straightforward. Please see the fee schedule below for information regarding pricing.
