Effective January 1, 2026, our practice is no longer contracted with any insurance companies. This means we have moved to a self-pay model for all services.
This decision did not come lightly. Over the years, we've seen increasing administrative and insurance restrictions that interfere with providing the individualized, high-quality care you deserve. By stepping away from insurance contracts, we can spend more time focused on your care - not paperwork- and keep our pricing transparent and straightforward. We do not provide Superbills, but we are happy to provide Patient Account Statements. Please see the fee schedule below for information regarding pricing.

Fee Schedule
New Patient Exam - $100
Adjustments - $55
No Show, No Call Fee - $45
Established Patient Exam - $20
New Patient Appointments include the New Patient Exam and an Adjustment totaling $155.
Typical Established Patient appointments are $55.
If the patient has a new injury, hasn't had an annual exam in the past year, or needs to begin a new care plan, the appointment would include an Established Patient Exam and Adjustment totaling $75.
If 3 or more immediate family members are seen on the same date, you will receive a 15% discount.
For those wishing to pre-pay for their care plan in full, you will receive a 20% discount.
